Accessing Your NetScreen, SSG, or ISG Firewall Using the WebUI
Problem
Solution
To access your NetScreen, SSG, or ISG Firewall using the WebUI, perform the following steps:
Connect your Firewall device to an Ethernet port on a workstation or network hub/switch. For more information on connecting your Firewall device, go to Connecting Your NetScreen, SSG, or ISG Firewall to a Network.
In the browser Address box, enter the Manage IP address for your Firewall device. For information on how to configure a Manage IP address, go to Configuring a Manage IP Address on Juniper NetScreen, SSG, or ISG Firewall.
For this example, we have entered the default Manage IP address for the Trust interface, 192.168.1.1.
From the Enter Network Password dialog box, enter your Admin Name and Password.
The default User Name and Password is netscreen.
Click Login. The configuration screen will open.
