Following notice is seen after JUNOS upgrade
--- NOTICE: System is running on alternate media device  (/dev/mirror/rd0s1a).

Problem or Goal:
After upgrading to certain releases in JUNOS 8.5 or higher, and enabling  mirror-flash-on-disk is configured under the [system] hierarchy, the following message is displayed on the CLI prompt on logging into the node:
geg@austria-re0> request routing-engine login other-routing-engine 
--- JUNOS 8.5R4.3 built 2008-08-12 23:16:55 UTC
--- NOTICE: System is running on alternate media device  (/dev/mirror/rd0s1a).

geg@austria-re1> show configuration system mirror-flash-on-disk 

This message does not make sense, as the mirror device rd0s1a listed in the file system:

This is a cosmetic issue and does not have any other side effects than the printed notice. The issue has been introduced with the fix for PR/268474.

The issue is tracked via PR/311768.
Please check the below link for information in which JUNOS releases this cosmetic issue is fixed.
