Creating a Policy Using a Custom Service
Problem
Solution
To create a policy using a custom service, perform the following steps:
Open the WebUI. For more information on accessing the WebUI, consult: KB4060 - Accessing Your NetScreen, SSG, or ISG Firewall Using the WebUI
From the NetScreen options menu, click Policies.

In the From drop-down menu, click to select Untrust. From the To drop-down menu, click to select Trust.

Click New.
In Source Address, click to select Address Book. From the Address Book drop-down menu, click to select Any.

From Destination Address, click to select New Address. In the New Address text box, enter 210.1.1.10/32.
From the Service drop-down menu, click to select Custom. From the Action drop-down menu, click to select Permit.

Click OK.
The Custom service is now configured.
