How Do I Enable Ping on the Public Interface?
Problem:To enable ping on the public interface, perform the following steps:
Open the WebUI. For more information on accessing the WebUI, go to Accessing Your NetScreen Using the WebUI.
From the NetScreen options menu, click Network, and then click Interfaces.
In the interface list, from Untrust Zone, click Edit.
From Other Services, click to select Ping.
