How do I completely backup my configuration on the IVE?
An IVE administrator reported that she's been regularly archiving her system configuration only (system.cfg). Her IVE had to be RMA'd, and that's when she learned she no longer has user related configurations (AAA server settings, realm, roles, resource policies, and others) available. Only her network, license, and certificate were preserved.
