Synopsis
This article details the current status for products known to have issues with IE7 and/or Windows Vista. Any products not mentioned have no known compatibility-related issues.
Problem
Due to changes in Windows Vista and IE7 some products may have to be upgraded in order to meet full compatibility.
NOTE: This article has not been updated to reflect any changes in Microsoft Windows Vista SP1 as that Service Pack is not yet released in final form. As soon as it is, we will begin testing to validate the below information and any caveats introduced by the upgrade.

- We have identified problems with the Case Manager (https://www.juniper.net/cm/ ) application and Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) which causes inconsistent results in opening, updating, or viewing cases online. Please use IE6 or Firefox until we are able to resolve these issues.

- NetScreen-Remote (NSR):
As documented in PSN-2006-11-007: On October 11, 2007, Juniper released NetScreen-Remote VPN Client 9.0. This version is compatible with 32-bit Microsoft Vista Operating System and is available for all existing customers with a valid support contract. 64-bit support is not yet available. Limitation: Virtual Adapter support in NetScreen-Remote 9.0 on Vista clients
A Windows Vista version for NetScreen-Remote Security Client will not be available. Please consult NS-Remote Software Release Dates and Milestones for EOL information. As a workaround, use the NetScreen-Remote VPN Client ver 9.0.
- NetScreen-Security Manager (NSM):

- Funk Steel-Belted Radius and Odyssey Access Client:
- SBR - Windows Vista is not supported in the current releases of the Juniper Steel-Belted Radius (SBR) products.
- OAC - Support for Microsoft Windows Vista Business Edition is available in Odyssey Access Client 4.7 and later
