The Juniper Technical Bulletins service provides notifications on software and hardware updates, new software releases, security alerts, End-of-Life announcements, and Customer Support Center (CSC) News and announcements.  Customer can log in and change their notification preferences at any time.

To subscribe to Technical Bulletins and Alerts or make changes to the Alert Preferences:

1. Log in to the Juniper Customer Support Center (CSC)   (If you forgot your password or need login assistance, click on the appropriate links below the Login button)
   
   


2. For New Subscribers, select Subscribe to Technical Bulletins (sample below).
   
   
   
   For existing Subscribers that want to make changes to their preferences, select Technical Bulletins.
   
   After selecting Technical Bulletins, below the Browse Alerts section, is the option to Modify Your Alert Preferences
   
   


3. Select the checkbox for the product(s) you would like to receive updates on. Hint: Selecting the section title checkbox, such as IVE OS Software, selects all the products for that sections.
   
   


4. New subscribers, click Sign Up Now, located at the bottom of the window, to complete the subscription request.
   
   
   
   For existing subscribers making modifications, click Update Now to save your changes.
   
   


5. You will receive a confirmation message
   
   

To Unsubscribe

1. Log in to the Juniper Customer Support Center (CSC)
   
   


2. Select Technical Bulletins. On the next screen, below the Browse Alerts section, is the option to Modify Your Alert Preferences 
   


3. At the bottom of the window, click  If you wish to unsubscribe from ALL preferences, Click Here
