How do I create a log in to www.juniper.net?

Problem

Need a log in to access portions of the Customer Support Center.  How do I get an account?

Solution

The Customer Support Center (CSC) is a critical part of Juniper Networks customer service and support strategy providing a worldwide 24x7x365 support channel to enable our customers and partners to quickly and efficiently support their investment in Juniper Networks routing hardware and software wherever and whenever they chose to log in.

Creating a new account

In order to receive the outstanding service that you have come to expect from Juniper Networks Technical Support, you will need to create a CSC account. Complete account set up information can be found at: Create User Account

  • Step 1: Enter your valid company email address. Your account will be matched to your company profile and access privileges. Please also enter your country information.

  • Step 2: Enter your name, company name, job title, job function, address and local time zone information.

  • Step 3: Accept or decline the Encryption Agreement in order to download software. Please note: This is a legal document that Juniper Networks is required to obtain in order to comply with US Federal law before access to download encrypted versions of software can be granted. You can still obtain an account without accepting the encryption agreement but will not have access to the software download tools.

  • Step 4: Look for a confirmation email from Juniper with final instructions to activate your Juniper Networks account.


  • note: You will need to supply the serial number of an un-registered device in order to create a new account with Juniper Networks. If you do not have one, please contact customer care at 800-638-8296

Add new user to existing account

If you need to add a new user to an existing profile, please open a case online or contact Customer Care with the following information:
First and Last Name
Email Address
Telephone number

To contact Customer Care: Login to the Case Management tool via the Juniper support site at: Case Management and click on the "Create a Case" link, then choose the "Customer Care Case" radio button. OR Call Customer Care at 1-800-638-8296 (US and Canada) Select Option 2 (Outside the United States call 1-408-745-9500 )

Authorization Code

Some Juniper Networks accounts have been provided an Authorization Code. This code will automatically tie you to your companies existing profile. If you have not received a code you can simply leave the Authorization Code field blank.

Temporary/Evaluation Account
