As you're typing a question the KB will now suggest phrases to help you refine your search to improve search results. For example a query like "NSRP" is ambiguous - the KB won't know to do anything but bring up every document with NSRP in it. But as you type it, the KB now suggests "NSRP configuration" and "NSRP troubleshooting" - these will help provide more precise search results.
