Change Warranty date on a RMA device?

Synopsis:
Can the warranty date be changed on the replacement unit I just received?   I would like to change the warranty date on the replacement device to match when I received the replacement so I get a full year warranty.

Problem:
I would like to have the warranty date adjusted after the RMA.

Solution:
Juniper Networks does not change warranty dates on any devices that were a replacement or a repaired part that shipped on an RMA.
