Synopsis:

This article details the current status for products known to have issues with IE7 and/or Windows Vista. Any products not mentioned have no known compatibility-related issues.

Problem:

Due to changes in Windows Vista and IE7 some products may have to be upgraded in order to meet full compatibility.

  • We have identified problems with the Case Manager (https://www.juniper.net/cm/ ) application and Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) which causes inconsistent results in opening, updating, or viewing cases online. Please use IE6 or Firefox until we are able to resolve these issues.

Products:

 

  • Funk Steel-Belted Radius and Odyssey Access Client:

    • SBR - Windows Vista is not supported in the current releases of the Juniper Steel-Belted Radius (SBR) products.
    • OAC - Support for Microsoft Windows Vista Business Edition is available in Odyssey Access Client 4.7 and later
