Due to changes in Windows Vista and IE7 some products may have to be upgraded in order to meet full compatibility.

- We have identified problems with the Case Manager (https://www.juniper.net/cm/ ) application and Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) which causes inconsistent results in opening, updating, or viewing cases online. Please use IE6 or Firefox until we are able to resolve these issues.

- NetScreen-Remote (NSR):
As documented in PSN-2006-11-007: On October 11, 2007, Juniper released NetScreen-Remote VPN Client 9.0. This version is compatible with 32-bit Microsoft Vista Operating System and is available for all existing customers with a valid support contract. 64-bit support will not be available. Limitations: Virtual Adapter support in NetScreen-Remote 9.0 on Vista clients and PSN-2009-07-426 - EOL Announcement
A Windows Vista version for NetScreen-Remote Security Client will not be available. Please consult NS-Remote Software Release Dates and Milestones for EOL information. As a workaround, use the NetScreen-Remote VPN Client ver 9.0.
- NetScreen-Security Manager (NSM):

- Funk Steel-Belted Radius and Odyssey Access Client:
- SBR - Windows Vista is not supported in the current releases of the Juniper Steel-Belted Radius (SBR) products.
- OAC - Support for Microsoft Windows Vista Business Edition is available in Odyssey Access Client 4.7 and later
