Summary:
How do you upgrade the bootloader?
Symptoms:
Customer is attempting to upgrade the bootloader image, but it fails.  The message '### invalid system image ###' is reported as shown below.  Note that the customer is entering the bootloader image name, boot2.v.1.0.3, at the 'Firmware File Name' prompt.

Solution:
This issue occurred because the firewall boot process was interrupted at the 'firmware' loader prompt, i.e. 'Hit any key to load new firmware' message.  This is an incorrect action for upgrading the bootloader.

In order to upgrade the bootloader, press the X and A keys (Shift-x, Shift-a) sequentially, when the message 'Hit 'X' and 'A' to upgrade bootloader' is reported:
