Summary:
Config Out of Sync due to "SET PAK-POLL" in NSRP primary device.
Symptoms:
Active/Passive pair of SSG520M firewalls are out of sync.
When the command 'exec nsrp sync global-config diff' is run, the 'set pak-poll' config statements are reported with different values (see bold lines below).

    NSRP(M)-> exec nsrp sync global-config check-sum
    NSRP(M)-> Warning: configuration out of sync

    NSRP(M)-> exec nsrp sync global-config diff
    NSRP(M)-> rcv_sys_config_diff: get local config sucess
    Local have 1432 different cmd lines:
    155 set pak-poll p1queue pak-threshold 120
    156 set pak-poll p2queue pak-threshold 40
    line sequence out of order too much, display stopped
    Peer have 1430 different cmd lines:
    line sequence out of order too much, display stopped
Solution:
This issue is addressed in ScreenOS 5.4.0r9, 6.0.0r5, and 6.1.0r1 and later.
