How do I reset my Customer Support Center (CSC) login password?

Summary:

This article guides you through the process for resetting your Customer Support Center (CSC) password if you have lost or forgotten it.

Symptoms:
  • I lost my CSC password.

  • My CSC password is not working, can I get it reset?

Solution:
  1. To reset your CSC password, click the Reset Password tool.

    (The tool is also available on the Online Support page under the Account Assistance drop-down menu.)

  2. Enter your e-mail address and click Next. The confirmation screen is displayed.  
  3. Look for an e-mail from registration-people@juniper.net, which contains a security key link to reset your password. The link will be valid for 24 hours.

    If you did not receive the e-mail, follow the troubleshooting below:

    a) Check your junk/spam folder
    b) Contact Customer Care

Note: To ensure successful login, close all browser windows and restart the browser after resetting your password. Your account will now be accessible with your new User ID and Password.
