This article guides you through the process for resetting your Customer Support Center (CSC) password if you have lost or forgotten it.

To reset your CSC password, click the Reset Password tool.
(The tool is also available on the Online Support page under the Account Assistance drop-down menu.)
- Enter your e-mail address and click Next. The confirmation screen is displayed.

Look for an e-mail from registration-people@juniper.net, which contains a security key link to reset your password. The link will be valid for 24 hours.
If you did not receive the e-mail, follow the troubleshooting below:
a) Check your junk/spam folder
b) Contact Customer Care
Note: To ensure successful login, close all browser windows and restart the browser after resetting your password. Your account will now be accessible with your new User ID and Password.
