[EOL/EOE] Some NSM dialog windows are not displayed and the GUI appears hung

This article contains information on why the NSM dialog window might not display and how to restore visibility. 
I'm trying to run Summarize Delta Config, Update device, and Attack update but the dialog windows are not getting displayed in the screen. This can happen with some of the NSM windows.
Typically the windows are hidden due to using the same username on another computer which has a dual monitor.   The window preference is saved and the dialog is displayed off-screen.
To make the windows visible again:
  1. Turn off dual monitor settings, then turn settings back on.
  2. Select [alt]+[space]; which will open the file menu of the active window. 
  3. Then click "m" for move.

    Note: If you hit any of the direction keys it will lock the window to the cursor so you can move the window anywhere, but this does not get saved unless you click and move or resize the window again.
