[NSM API] NSM SOAP API functionality

NSM2008.1r1 introduced a new Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) API functionality.   The NSM API provides programmatic access to NSM and enables third-party developers to create applications that leverage the power of NSM.   This article will help set up, test, and troubleshoot this feature.

To set up the NSM API functionality, follow these steps:
