Solution:

J-Flow or Netflow  is specific to Juniper devices that run Junos OS and is not supported by ScreenOS.

Basically, NetFlow or J-Flow samples network packets and sends them to a monitoring station. The information that is gathered by the this technology is used to create a network traffic visibility picture. So, the commands for polling and the sample rate of the traffic that the device has to send are required. By design, these sets of commands are not available on ScreenOS devices.
