How to set the NSM policy ID to increment from a specific policy ID by 1
Solution:
 In NSM
  1. Go to Policy Manager > Security Policies 
  2. Select the policy 
  3. At the top of NSM, click Edit 
  4. Select Next Preferred ID
  5. Specify the policy ID NSM will increment from when creating future policies.
