Unexpected Error when logging in as an admin

Summary:
Sometimes, when attempting to log into the SBR administrator, an "Unexpected Error" is displayed.
Symptoms:
When trying to log in to the SBR administrator you get an "Unexpected Error" after typing in your username and password.
Solution:
Restart the Steel-Belted Radius service to resolve this problem. 

On Windows XP, enter NET STOP/START command from the command line or from the Computer Management console.
On Solaris/Linux, enter the command ./SBRD restart.

If the problem persists, please contact Juniper technical support for further troubleshooting assistance.
