Missing the second power cord for the following devices: IDP800, IDP8200, STRM5000-A-BSE, and WXC-3400-A

Symptoms:
Between the dates of 4/30/2008 and 8/29/2008 the following products were shipped without a second power cord from the manufacturer:

IDP800
IDP8200
STRM5000-A-BSE
WXC-3400-A

How can I get the second power cord?
Solution:
If you only received one power cord, when two power cords are needed for the IDP800, IDP8200, STRM5000-A-BSE, and WXC-3400-A devices, please contact Customer Care.

To contact Customer care:  Open a case online by logging into the Case Management tool via the Juniper support site at: Case Management .  Click on the "Create a Case" link.  Then choose the "Customer Care Case" radio button.  OR  Call Customer Care at 1-888-314-5822 (toll free, US & Canada.
