[STRM] Reinstall STRM 2008.3 and above

Summary:
STRM 2008.3 and above can be reinstalled by restoring the device to Factory defaults. This is done by booting the device into recovery partition during boot process
Symptoms:
How to reset STRM 2008.3 and above to factory defaults
Solution:
This KB assumes you already have recovery partition installed on the system.   If you do not have recovery partition configured  you can install it using the steps in KB13960

To restore the device to factory defaults:
  1. Connect via the console and reboot the device. 
  2. During the boot up process, select "factory re-install" option as shown below


  3. Once you select the Factory re-install option,  STRM will initialize and a screen similar to that below - type "flatten" at this prompt to continue


  4. STRM will now be restored to the base 2008.3 version.
