How do I receive email updates or subscribe to email notifications on KB articles?

  • How do I subscribe to a KB article or category so that I get an email message when a KB article has been created or updated?
  • How do I manage my KB article subscriptions?
  • How can I see a list of KB articles and categories I have subscribed to?
Solution:

Subscribe to a KB article

  1. Go to the Knowledge Base:  http://kb.juniper.net
  2. Login.
  3. Display a specify KB article, by searching or by entering the KB ID.
  4. Click the 'Subscribe' link on the right side of the KB article.  If you have already subscribed to this article, then the option to 'Unsubscribe' will be displayed at the top of the article.

    Note: The 'Subscribe' or 'Unsubscribe' link is not displayed in the KB article if you not are logged in.

 

Subscribe to a KB product or category

  1. Go to the Knowledge Base:  http://kb.juniper.net
  2. Login.
  3. Click the 'My Subscriptions' link in the 'Logged In' box.
  4. In the 'Create a new subscription' pull-down, select 'Knowledge Base', and click Go.
  5. Check the technology series or product series that you want to subscribe to.
  6. Click 'Save Subscriptions'.
 

Manage your subscriptions

  1. Click the following link to see a list of KB articles and categories that you have subscribed to: https://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=subscriptions.  (Login is required.)
    You can review, renew or cancel subscriptions from the list.
