Summary:

Configuring MIP, DIP, VIP, or NAT on a firewall in Transparent mode.

Symptoms:

Which NAT flavor is supported in Transparent mode?

Solution:

The firewall supports NAT in Transparent Mode but only on policy based NAT-src with the DIP pool built on the extended VLAN interface

To perform the address translation, configure a DIP pool on the VLAN interface and use the extended option to define an address range for the DIP pool.

MIP, VIP or destination NAT is not supported in Transparent Mode.
