Summary:
Note: A product listed in this article has either reached hardware End of Life (EOL) OR software End of Engineering (EOE).  Refer to End of Life Products & Milestones for the EOL, EOE, and End of Support (EOS) dates.
On an NSMXpress appliance nsm_setup file is missing.
Symptoms:
No File found error when trying to run nsm_setup
Solution:
If NSMXpress Server is missing nsm_setup, there was a problem with upgrading/installing NSM. Some or all of the OS packages did not install successfully.

Please re-install NSM.  It can be run ontop of itself.

In your working directory (/tmp, /home/admin, /root, /var/cores)

Remove any apps-rpms directories, extract the installer again from the zip file:

unzip nsmXXXX.XxXX_servers_upgrade_rs.zip

Make sure you have the offline file in the same directory. Do not unzip.

nsmXXXX.XxXX_offline_upgrade.zip

Run the installer again:

sh upgrade-os.sh nsmXXXX.XxXX_servers_linux_x86.sh Offline

Running "nsm_setup" from the command line should now work
