[EOL/EOE] Troubleshoot NSMXpress WebUI

NSMXpress server can be accessed using the WebUI at  https://IP_NSMXPRESS/admin. This is used to monitor the status of NSM Processes and access the error logs
NSM WebUI shows "Page not found" error
In NSMXpress the WebUI is controlled by Apache and HTTPD services 

To troubleshoot NSM WebUI access failure,
  1. Verify NSM Gui Server Webproxy is running:  #/etc/init.d/guiSvr status
  2. Verify httpd service is running:  #service httpd status
  3. Verify NSM Server is listening on port 443:  #netstat -an | grep 443
  4. Verify IPtables is not blocking the access:  #iptables -L .If you are not sure about IPtables, stop IPTABLES using command #service iptables stop 
  5. Verify disk space is not full - Follow KB14524 for instructions
  6. Verify the NSM WebUI package is installed:  #rpm -q nsmxwui

If everything seems to be running correctly, look for errors in following log files in order to identify the root cause:

Verify HTTP configuration; the HTTP configurations files should be present in  /etc/httpd/conf.d/
