What is the process to upgrade the support contract for a product?

  • What is the procedure and how do I get a quote for upgrading a current J-Care support contract?
  • I have Next Business Day (NBD) Support and want to change it to Same Day (SD) J-Care Support, for the remaining time of the original contract.
  • What is the process to upgrade the support contract on my product?

The Juniper Networks Renewals team can assist with upgrading the service on a current support contract for your product. 

To contact the Renewals team and obtain a quote for the upgrade of service, do the following:

  1. Create a new Service Request.
  2. Select Admin Service Request (SR).
  3. In the Category field, select 'Renewal Quotes'.

Customers may also reach out to their Reseller for assistance in obtaining a quote to upgrade support.
