Change Warranty End Date on a Device that was RMA'd

Can the warranty end date be changed on the replacement unit I just received?   I would like to change the warranty date on the replacement device to match when I received the replacement so I get a full year warranty.
I would like to have the warranty date adjusted after the RMA.
Juniper Networks does not change warranty dates on any devices that were repaired or replaced as part of an RMA. However, if there is an active support contract on the defective device, it will be transferred automatically to the replacement device.
