[EOL/EOE] Syslogs sent by NSM have the incorrect timestamp

Troubleshooting steps for identifying the root cause for Syslogs sent with incorrect time stamp by NSM
Symptoms:
Syslogs sent by NSM have the incorrect timestamp
Solution:
If the Syslogs sent from NSM server (NSMXpress or non-NSMXpress models) are coming with incorrect time stamp, follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
  1. Check the time and date on the NSM server to make sure it is correct.
  2. Verify the time zone set on NSM server and the time to make sure the setting are saved correctly.
  3. If the device and NSM are in different time zones, NSM always sends the Syslogs by normalizing the time to GMT. 
  4. In case NSM time or time zone settings are changed, then NSM server processes require a restart.  If the processes are not restarted then NSM will send Syslogs with incorrect time stamp.  Run the below commands to restart processes.
    /etc/init.d/haSvr restart
    /etc/init.d/guiSvr restart
    /etc/init.d/devSvr restart
  5. Even if there are no changes made, restarting the server processes will always clear any pending config changes.
    /etc/init.d/haSvr restart
    /etc/init.d/guiSvr restart
    /etc/init.d/devSvr restart
