Which AX411 devices are eligible for recall?

Summary:

Juniper has issued a recall for two models of the AX411 device.

Symptoms:

Only specific AX411 devices are eligible for the recall, based on certain build criteria.

Cause:

Solution:

Only AX411-W and AX411-E devices built in January, February, and March of 2010 that do not contain "Programmed with country code XX" are eligible for recall. If you have one of these devices, please see KB17229 for more information.
