Article ID: KB17297 KB Last Updated: 08 Oct 2020Version: 3.0
Getting error: An IO error occurred on server(s) eventProcessor:32006. Please try again.
eventProcessor is a STRM5000 event collector which is in a distributed STRM environment.

Any time a search is run, the error: "An IO error occurred on server(s) eventProcessor:32006. Please try again." is being shown on the event search results page.
This type of error can be due to an expired license on the event processor box.

Go to the Admin tab of the STRM Console UI and enter the System Management and Licensing page to see if any of the licenses have expired.

If any of the event processors show an expired license, please create a case to have a proper license created.
