How to configure DHCP option 43 on SRX and J series devices.
Cause:

Solution:
While configuring this on the SRX, the IP address must be entered as a byte stream.  The byte-stream is the decimal equivalent of ASCII characters.
For example:
root@srx#set system services dhcp option 43 byte-stream "49 48 46 50 53 54 46 50 51 55 46 49"
In this example, the byte stream 49 48 46 50 53 54 46 50 51 55 46 49 is equal to 10.254.237.1.
"49" is the decimal equivalent of ASCII character "1"; "48" is the decimal equivalent of ASCII character "0"; "46" is the decimal equivalent of ".", and so on.
