[J-Series] MLPPP configuration example using channelized E1/T1 card.

Summary:
This article provides an example of a Multilink PPP configuration on the J-Series platform with two ports channelized and the T1/E1 PRI card installed.
Symptoms:
Right after the card installation, you will see only ct1-* interfaces in the terse output and these cannot participate in a multilink bundle. You need to switch them into raw T1 or E1 mode, in order to build the MLPPP bundle. Moreover, the ce1-* will not be listed in the terse output at all; but if you configure them manually, it will switch the ports into E1 mode.
