Summary:
This article provides information on how to clear the web-filtering cache through a CLI command.
Symptoms:
You can use the CLI command to manually clear the cache.
Cause:
 When the user wants to clear the cache for any reason, it was not possible in the previous releases. 
Solution:
Starting from 11.4R1, this feature is available. Please note that web-filtering is a hidden command under UTM context. To clear the cache in the surf-control-integrated engine, use the following command:
 
user@host>request security utm web-filtering surf-control-integrated cache flush
Web-Filtering cache flush request result: Flush cache OK

Note: This command is available from 11.4R1 or later.

To clear the Enhance Web Filtering (EWF) cache, use the following command:
request security utm web-filtering juniper-enhanced cache flush
