Unable to upload the certificate on SBR, as it states that the password for the private key is incorrect.
To upload the certificate on SBR, you must remember the password for the private key. This password (7 characters) is mentioned when creating a CSR from SBR. SBR will display an error, if the mentioned password is incorrect, when uploading the certificate.

Perform the following procedure to resolve the issue:

  1. Create a new CSR, get it signed from the same CA (Certificate Authority), and upload it on SBR again. However, if you do not know which CA was used the last time, upload the Root Certificate and the entire chain of intermediate CA certificates on the end user supplicant as well.

  2. If you are upgrading SBR from 5.4 version or have another 5.4 version SBR,  you can check the certinfo.ini file, which is available in the default certinfo.ini service directory. In this file the last option is Password, which is the same password used when creating the CSR. Type the same password and the certificate will successfully upload on SBR. You can even find the location of the old certificate used on SBR.

Note: The 'certinfo.ini' file is available only with SBR 5.4.
