Summary:
 How can I edit an Event Profile in Service Now?


Symptoms:
 I want to edit an event profile that I created previously
Cause:
 You can't directly edit an Event Profile
Solution:
 You can clone an existing event profile, and that takes you to an editing screen which you can make changes to the new cloned Event Profile. Save that, then deploy to your Service Now devices.
