This article describes the expected behavior of the VLAN frame counter on 1G interface of the MIC-3D-20GE-SFP.
The MIC-3D-20GE-SFP hardware VLAN frames counter is always 0.
When 1 GE interface of MIC MIC-3D-20GE-SFP is used with the following configuration, "show interface < > extensive" of the respective MIC-3D-20GE-SFP doesn't show any "VLAN tagged frames" under "MAC statistics". However, when 10 GE interface of MIC "MIC-3D-4XGE-XFP" or "MIC-3D-2XGE-XFP" is used, the output of "show interface < > extensive" will show ""VLAN tagged frames" under "MAC statistics", and they are incrementing properly.
