This article provides information on how to configure the RM logs on a verbose level and then download the respective files.
Often, during troubleshooting efforts, you will be asked by JTAC to provide a set of verbose logs that capture faulty behavior.
  1. Access the RM services. This can be performed in the following ways:
    1. Go to RM application > Services:

    2. . Open a browser and type https://IP_address_RM_server in the address bar. In certain cases, you have to add the port number; after the IP address. The default RM port number is 443.

  2. If you are accessing RM services for the first time, a warning message, which is about the security certificate, is displayed. By default, it is self-signed. Expand the I Understand the Risks section and click Add Exception:

  3. On the Add Security Exception window, to ensure that this process is not repeated in the future, select the Permanently store this exception check box and click Confirm Security Exception:

  4. After you have access to RM services, go to Maintenance > Current log. To increase the verbosity of the logs, select ALL from the Server Log Level drop-down menu:

  5. Replicate the issue or allow enough time for it to replicate itself and get captured in the logs.

  6. Download the logs.
