This article describes the issue of the WLAN Access Point detail showing the country as UNDEFINED, even though it is defined in the configuration.
In the following configuration, the country code is defined as CN (China):

However, when you look at the access-point details, it is displayed as UNDEFINED:

When you issue the
shown wlan access-point (access-point name> detail command, the configured country may not be displayed as required. This occurs when wrong AX-411 hardware is purchased for the country. You need to ensure that the country, in which you reside, matches with the regulatory domain for it.
For example, for China, the correct regulatory domain is TELEC, and the correct SKU to purchase for China is AX411-CN. An AX-411 with regulatory domain of WORLD will not work properly in China.
