This article describes the "g_vfs_done():da0s3f[READ(offset=-2048, length=16384)]error = 5" error message that is generated on the console of an SRX Series device and suggests formatting the CF by re-imaging the device via the Loader Prompt to resolve the issue.


The g_vfs_done():da0s3f[READ(offset=-2048, length=16384)]error = 5 error message is constantly displayed on the console.


This error message is due to file system corruption. It is a common FreeBSD error.
