Solution:
By default, the host name of the device will be that of the product name. For example:

CLI:



WebUI:



To change the host name of the device, logon via the CLI and type the following command:
set hostname "string"
For example:

WebUI:

The host name can also be modified via the WebUI (Network > DNS > Host):



Modified host name:



The maximum allowed length is 62 characters. The host name can include alpha-numeric and special characters.
