Can the MGT interface be configured as HA, and is it supported?

Summary:
Customer wants to use MGT interface on ISG platform for HA. This will not work, and is not supported.

Symptoms:
Is it possible to utilise the MGT interface for a HA link?
Cause:

Solution:
While it is possible to set the MGT interface into the HA zone (with "set interface mgt zone ha"), the HA function will fail to work fully.
With the MGT interface set as HA, the devices will recognize each other, but will fail to sync. The MGT interface will allow heartbeats, but no other NSRP messages.

Therefore, MGT interface is not supported as a HA interface.
