Procedure to run SNMP Mib walk on Qfabric Director - QFX3100

The SNMP walk command is used to retrieve the values from the QFabric using OID's.  You will first need to export the shared library path to execute this command successfully.

Command from shell:

[root@dg0]# ./snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 10.209.73.201 1.3.6.1.2.1.1

OR

[root@dg0]# ./snmpwalk -v 2c -c public dcf 1.3.6.1.2.1.1

Options:
-v           Version
-c          community
-dcf       Qfabric system

NOTE: You can use either the "eth0" IP address or keyword "DCF" to run the snmp walk.

Prior to running the snmpwalk command you have to export the shared library path by do the following:

1. Change present directory to /usr/sfc/snmpapp/

[root@dg0]# cd /usr/sfc/snmpapp/

2. We have to export the shared library path to this present working directory "/usr/sfc/snmpapp/"

[root@dg0 snmpapp]# export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LDLIBRARY_PATH:/usr/sfc/sfcsnmpd

3. Export all the MIB's here

[root@dg0 snmpapp]# export MIBS=ALL

Now execute the MIB Walk command:
[root@dg0 snmpapp]# ./snmpwalk -v 2c -c public dcf 1.3.6.1.2.1.1
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 = STRING: "Hostname: qfabric;Model: qfx3000-m;JUNOS Base Version [12.2I20130404_1614_dc-builder];"
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0 = OID: iso.3.6.1.4.1.2636.1.1.1.4.84.2
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0 = Timeticks: (68045800) 7 days, 21:00:58.00
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.4.0 = ""
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0 = STRING: "Qfabric-M_BNG_LAB"
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.6.0 = ""
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.7.0 = INTEGER: 6

If you want to run the same MIB Walk on network INE use the command below:

[root@dg0 snmpapp]# ./snmpwalk -v 2c -c public dcfnode-default---NW-INE-0 1.3.6.1.2.1.1
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0 = STRING: "Juniper Networks, Inc. fx-jvre internet router, kernel JUNOS 12.2I20130404_1614_dc-builder #0: 2013-04-04 17:02:19 UTC dc-builder@svl-junos-d041.juniper.net:/b/dc-builder/sched/DEV_X_12Q2_FX_BRANCH-j575034-q8029-s5622/sb-junos/obj-i386/junos/bsd/kern"
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0 = OID: iso.3.6.1.4.1.2636.1.1.1.2.62
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0 = Timeticks: (67952058) 7 days, 20:45:20.58
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.4.0 = ""
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.5.0 = STRING: "NW-NG-0"
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.6.0 = ""
iso.3.6.1.2.1.1.7.0 = INTEGER: 6

NOTE: If you don't export the shared libraries, and MIB's, you will not be able to run the MIB Walk and will get the error listed below:
[root@dg0 snmpapp]# ./snmpwalk -v 2c -c public dcfnode-default---NW-INE-0 1.3.6.1.2.1.1
./snmpwalk: error while loading shared libraries: libnetsnmp.so.15: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
