The following command did not complete successfully.Command: /opt/ulcm/conf/swcommission on CE sbr1Error Code: 1
Error Text:+---------+| ERROR | swcommission cannot continue+---------+
The following necessary system packages are missing
Please install and try againlibstdc++(32 bit)
Cause:

Missing packages are causing the swcomission process to fail. Install the missing packages to resolve these errors.

Solution:

No gcc compiler is currently installed

gcc is not installed, so Signalware cannot create the necessary rpm package. To resolve this issue, install gcc using yum:

[root@capone /]# yum install gcc

libstdc++ system package is missing

Signalware cannot find the 32-bit version of the libstdc++ package. To resolve this issue, install this package using yum:

[root@capone /]# yum install libstdc++.i686

After these packages are installed, Signalware should be able to complete the installation process. If other problems arise, contact JTAC for further troubleshooting.
