Summary:

This article directs customers to information about Juniper Networks’ support contracts and their differences.  It answers the following questions:

  • What are the types of support contracts?
  • When I purchase support for the following -- Core, Core Plus, AR5, ND, NDD, NDCE, SD, and SDCE -- what am I entitled to? What do I get with each option?
Solution:
Refer to Maintenance Services page. The 'Juniper Care' link contains a table that identifies the following services to which the Core, Core Plus, AR5, ND, NDD, NDCE, SD, and SDCE contracts are entitled:
  • Unlimited JTAC 24x7
  • Software releases
  • CSC online E-Support
  • Junos Space Service Now
  • E-Learning
  • Return-to-factory
  • Advance Replacement will be shipped within 5 business days (PAR support)
  • Next-business-day advanced replacement parts shipment
  • Next-business-day advanced replacement parts delivery
  • Same-day advanced replacement parts delivery
  • Onsite technician
