We've improved Juniper Networks search interface to provide a better search experience. We continue to offer the ability to search most site areas, while allowing you to refine your results to a specific site section.

- JunosE Defect (KA) - locate troubleshooting information specific to JunosE
- Knowledge Base (KB) - discover troubleshooting information for errors, installation issues, performance issues and compatibility problems; get recommendations; and read what to collect when opening a case.
- Security Advisories (JSA) - examine the latest product alerts about security vulnerabilities and security patches
- Technical Bulletins (TSB) - browse the software release notes, End of Life (EOL) / End of Support (EOS) notices, and product alerts and recalls

Search Tips:
- Search our site using the global search box at the top of the page will search all sites; search using the Knowledge Base box on the support home page or the kb.juniper.net page will filter the results to the Support sites.
- Log in. There's a lot more content available behind the login.
- Type a few keywords, and let the search engine handle the rest.
- Use double quotes to find exact phrases
- Use OR, NOT, NEAR expressions
- Use '
+
' to indicate an exact match of the word. Example, +term
will return results that contain term
and not terminology
- Use '
*
' preceded by at least two characters to return all words starting with the specified characters. Example, term*
will return all words that begin with term

- Not finding what you're looking for try these ideas:
- Refine the filter to a site or remove filters.
- Reduce the number of query terms. When there are three or more search terms, a partial match will occur. Meaning all results contain at least 35% of the terms. Currently the search tool gives greater importance to terms found in the title.
