Juniper Networks has RMA service levels depending on when the product was purchased. This article provides the entitlement offered for the EX platforms.

Solution:

The types of RMA Service Level for LLW and ELLW are as follows:

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY (LLW) Platform Ship Date Entitlement
EX2200 After September 30, 2009 RMA - Replacement will be shipped by Juniper within 20 business days from the depot.

Delivery - Replacement may vary depending on the customer's location, transit time, and customs clearance process.

ENHANCED LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY (ELLW) Platform Ship Date Entitlement
EX2200 After December 31, 2010 RMA - Replacement will be shipped by Juniper Networks within 1 business day from depot.

Delivery - Replacement may vary depending on the customer's location, transit time, and customs clearance process.
