[EOL/EOE] [WLA/WLC] How to ingest wildcard certificate for Ringmaster

This article explains how to ingest the wildcard certificate for Ringmaster.


  1. Paste the wildcard certificate into the Ringmaster installation path (c://program files/Juniper Networks/Ringmaster/.services_keystore).

  2. Stop Ringmaster services and take a backup of the .services_keystore file from Ringmaster folder (c: //program files/Juniper Networks/Ringmaster/.services_keystore).

  3. Paste the wildcard certificate into the Ringmaster folder (c: //program files/Juniper Networks/Ringmaster/.services_keystore).

  4. Open Ringmaster Web GUI (click on Setup - Server Certificate).

  5. Modify the file name as the wildcard certificate name below the Key store which is available in the Ringmaster Web GUI.

  6. Supported certificate types are JKS and PKCS12. Mention the keystore password while mentioning the certificate name and type.
