Solution:
The following steps will help you recover and change the login password for RingMaster
  1. Login to the RingMaster server and navigate to services.msc. Stop the RingMaster service

  2. Go to C:\Program Files\Juniper Networks\Ringmaster\conf  folder and select services-conf.xml

  3. Right click services-conf.xml file  and open (edit) with Notepad ++

  4. In the services-conf.xml file, under ACCESS-CONTROL, is an option called allow-all-users.  By default, the allow-all-users is set to 'false'.  Change allow-all-users=”true” and then save the services-conf.xml file.

  6. After starting the RingMaster service, log into RingMaster; it will not prompt for any username or password .
  7. Navigate to Setup > Access Control. Since allow-all-users was changed to 'true', the access control will be showing 'allow all users'

  8. 'Edit' an existing user or click 'Add User'.  In the dialog window, enter a new password.  Once the new password is saved, change the login mode to enable login required and save the configuration

  9. Finally, login with the new password for RingMaster.
