[Archive] How to download the current logs from SmartPass

This article explains the procedure to download the current logs from SmartPass.

  1. Login to the SmartPass application.

  2. Go to Maintenance > Current Log

  3. Under Log Setting, set Server Log Module and Server Log Level to 'ALL' then click 'Apply'.

  4. Under Current Log > Log, set Filter By Log Module and Filter By Log Level to 'ALL' then click 'Reload'.

  5. Select 'Download logs' to initiate the download.  Save the file when prompted.

    Note: Unzip the downloaded file after it has been saved to a safe location on the local machine.

The downloaded file/logs can be used for troubleshooting SmartPass issues; such as authentication and authorization failures.
